ROASTING

Unlike drum roasting where heat is from a single source, a convection roaster distributes heat more evenly and can have heat reduced almost instantaneously which adds to a consistent, well balanced, and flavored cup of coffee. 

We focus on a medium roast for all of our coffees offered. This preserves all of the positive flavor that each coffee has to offer.

The most common feedback we get from our longest standing coffee drinkers (and new accounts as well), is how consistent each batch is. We pride ourselves on this, as well as ensuring we offer, high-quality, sustainable, and delicious java.
