Unlike drum roasting where heat is from a single source, a convection roaster distributes heat more evenly. More importantly, the beans can be cooled in seconds, rather than the five plus minutes required in drum roasters. This process gives us more control and ensures a great cup of coffee with each roast.


We focus on a medium roast for all of our coffees.  Medium roasts retain all of the positive flavor notes that each of our coffees has to offer. These flavor notes tend to dissipate with darker roasts.

The most common feedback we get from old and new clients alike is how consistent our coffee is from cup to cup. The consumer can expect the same quality and profile throughout the year: accounting for the avid following we have experienced for over 23 years.
